Panda Cubs

Cubs are about the size of a stick of butter at birth, and they are hairless and helpless.
●The mother gives great care to her cub, usually cradling it close to her chest in one paw.
●For several days after birth the mother does not leave the den, not even to eat or drink.
●Despite the attention from their mothers many young cubs do not survive.
